Alioli
Alioli is such a versatile sauce, this recipe will allow you to whip some up quickly and easily.

Ingredients
Alioli
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg
- generous pinch of salt
- 250-300ml olive oil
Method
- Alioli: Place the eggs, garlic and salt in a food processor and process them for a few seconds until well combined. Slowly pour in the olive oil with the motor running until the alioli has thickened to a mayonnaise consistency. Serve the alioli as soon as it is prepared.
