My husband loves lemon icing. It is very simple to make and if you are like my husband, you can add extra leon to give it extra bite.

Lemon Icing

  • 75g icing
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Sift the icing into a bowl and gradually add the lemon juice stirring until combined and you have thin but not runny icing. Add more or less lemon as necessary. Use at once.
