Lemon Icing
My husband loves lemon icing. It is very simple to make and if you are like my husband, you can add extra leon to give it extra bite.
Portions: 75 Grams or 8 Portions

Ingredients
Lemon Icing
- 75g icing
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Sift the icing into a bowl and gradually add the lemon juice stirring until combined and you have thin but not runny icing. Add more or less lemon as necessary. Use at once.
