Veg Out St Kilda Farmers Market is a beloved community market run by the Veg Out Community Gardens. Held on the first Saturday of each month at Peanut Farm Reserve behind Acland Street, it has been supporting local growers for more than twenty years with a mix of organic and conventional produce.
Stallholders offer seasonal fruit and vegetables, meats, dairy, bread, honey, eggs and hot food, all grown or made within a short radius of St Kilda. The market is plastic‑bag free and fosters a friendly, sustainable atmosphere.
