Raita
1/2 a cucumber grated
200g natural yoghurt
1 tsp honey
juice of half a lime
pinch salt
pinch chilli, powder
To Serve
pinch chilli, ground
Method
Raita: Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until well
combined. Place the raita into a covered container in the refrigerator until ready
to serve.
To Serve: Serve the raita sprinkled with a little chilli
powder.
