When I was a child we always cooked potatoes wrapped in foil in the hot coals of the barbecue. This is a delicious way of cooking potatoes on the barbecue as the tender potatoes have a great smoky tasty.
Prep: 30-40 minutes plus 2 hours marinating
Cook: 1½ hours
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 15-30 minutes (dependent on if you are preparing it as a starter or main dish and choice of cooking method)
Prep: 1 hour if whole, 10 minutes for fillets
Cook: 10 minutes
