Ingredients

Mushrooms

  • 600g button mushroom, small ones clef whole and larger ones halved or quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • maldon salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mushrooms: Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a moderate heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic and parsley to the pan and cook them for 2-3 minutes, so the mushrooms are tender. Season mushrooms with a little salt and pepper. Serve
