4 Pizzas to Go

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 4 small tomatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons corn kernels (canned or fresh)
  • 4 tablespoons pineapple pieces (canned)
  • 4 button mushrooms sliced
  • 4 tablespoons thickly sliced ham, diced
  • 4 tablespoons hard mozzarella, grated

Pizza Base

  • 4 small plain naan breads or pita bread

What You Need

  • 1 knife (for chopping, you may wish to get a grown up to do this for you)
  • A chopping board
  • 1 spoon
  • An oven proof tray
  • oven gloves or mitten.

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 200°C (you may need an adult to do this).
  2. Place the naan or pita bread on to the oven tray.
  3. Mix the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes together in a small bowl.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the tomato mixture onto each pizza and spread it out with the back of the spoon so that it covers the bread.
  5. Sprinkle over 1 tablespoon of each topping on the pizzas, finishing with the cheese.
  6. Place the pizzas in the hot oven (you may wish to get an adult to do this for you).
  7. Cook the pizzas for 15 minutes, so that they are hot and the cheese is melted. Remove them from the oven using oven gloves.
  8. Serve. Yummy.
