The Fingal Food Fayre is held every last Sunday between 12 noon and 5 p.m. at the Fingal Arts Centre, Rush, County Dublin. There are many stall holders, selling everything from fruit, confectionery, breads, exotic jams and chutneys, homemade ice creams, organic vegetables and salads, sauces and preserves, as well as oven-ready meats and poultry.

So, come along for a fun day where you can buy organic and international produce and ingredients. Also, there are regular cookery demostrations from the talented local chefs.
