Chorizo
4-6 chorizo mild or hot sausages
3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Chorizo: Slice the chorizo into even slices. Heat the oil in a
frying over a moderate high-heat. Place the chorizo sausages in the frying pan and
cook them for a minute on each side so that they are hot and cooked through. Serve
hot.
