Classic Champagne Cocktail ready to drink.

This is my favourite cocktail of all times to drink and serve, it is true decadence. All it requires is quality ingredients to be a success, of course it works just as well with a quality Australian sparkling as champagne.

Ingredients

Champagne Cocktails

  • 1 white sugar cube or a sugar swizzle stick
  • 1-2 drops Angostura bitters
  • dash cognac
  • champagne

Method

  1. Champagne Cocktail: Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne glass, add 1-2 drops Angostura bitters, a dash of cognac and top with champagne.
  2. Serve.
