
This is my favourite cocktail of all times to drink and serve, it is true decadence. All it requires is quality ingredients to be a success, of course it works just as well with a quality Australian sparkling as champagne.
Prep: 10 minutes (plus 15 minutes marinating)
Cook: venison 5-8 minutes, mash 10-30 minutes (according to cooking method)
