This is my favourite cocktail of all times to drink and serve, it is true decadence. All it requires is quality ingredients to be a success, of course it works just as well with a quality Australian sparkling as champagne.
Prep: 1 minute
1 white sugar cube or a sugar swizzle stick
1-2 drops Angostura bitters
Champagne Cocktail: Place a sugar cube at the bottom
of a champagne glass, add 1-2 drops Angostura bitters, a dash of cognac
and top with champagne.
