This is a real energy with plenty of fresh fruit to get through the day and of course really yummy.

Ingredients
1 mango, peeled, destoned and flesh roughly chopped
1/2 ripe banana, peeeled and roughly chopped
the pulp of 2 passion fruits
125g low fat live bio yoghurt
100ml pineapple juice
1 tbsp honey
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined and smooth. Sieve to remove seeds (optional). Serve.
